Nina Menon is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in both Australia and India. She brings an international legal background and a practical, client-focused approach to her work in Australian migration law. Nina is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and has developed strong experience across employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration, family migration pathways and citizenship applications.

Before joining Crownmark Lawyers, Nina worked with established immigration law firms in Melbourne, where she managed complex matters for both corporate and individual clients. She is known for her careful attention to detail, clear communication and ability to manage high-volume caseloads without losing sight of each client’s personal circumstances. Her approach is measured, thorough and focused on helping clients understand the process with confidence.

Nina’s legal career spans more than eight years across Australia and India, including experience in commercial law, investment law, international organisations and private practice. She completed further legal studies at Victoria University and holds a Master of Laws in International Trade Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai.

Outside of work, Nina is an avid reader and enjoys travelling. Her interest in different cultures and perspectives complements her work in migration law, where clients often require not only strong legal advice, but also empathy, patience and an understanding of the personal significance behind each application.
